Multiply the kilograms by 35.274. A 2 kg bag of flour holds 70.55 oz, and 0.6 kg of cheese is 21.16 oz. For a rough figure, multiply by 35 instead; the answer comes out less than 1% low.

To read the result as pounds and ounces, take out whole pounds of 16 ounces each. The 70.55 oz in that flour bag make 4 lb, with 6.5 oz left over.
