Converting a metric recipe for an ounce scale
Work down the ingredient list one line at a time and round each result to a tenth of an ounce. 225 g of sugar becomes 7.9 oz, 150 g of dark chocolate becomes 5.3 oz, and 60 g of cocoa becomes 2.1 oz.

Close, but no. 30 g is 1.058 oz, about 6% more than an ounce.
